Terms governing use of the ecos.care website and SMS communications program.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ecos.care website (the "Site") and the SMS / text messaging program operated by ECOS Insurance Solutions, a registered DBA of ECOS Medicare Solutions ("ECOS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or by opting in to receive text messages from ECOS Insurance Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The following terms govern the ECOS Insurance Solutions SMS / text messaging program. These terms apply in addition to, and form part of, our general Terms of Service. For our complete SMS terms and conditions, please also see our SMS Terms page.
ECOS Insurance Solutions operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with consumers who have opted in to receive text messages from us. The program is used for two categories of messages, each requiring separate, affirmative consent:
The program is not used for unsolicited commercial messaging, third-party promotions, affiliate offers, or any messaging unrelated to ECOS Insurance Solutions and the products and services we provide.
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from ECOS Insurance Solutions by checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes on the lead form located at ecos.care/contact.html. Each consent category (Transactional and Marketing) requires a separate, affirmative checkbox selection. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from ECOS Insurance Solutions.
To stop receiving text messages from ECOS Insurance Solutions at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not send any further messages to that number under the program from which you opted out.
Alternative opt-out keywords include UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, and END. You may also opt out by calling us at (844) 945-3267 or emailing info@ecos.care. If you opted in to both Transactional and Marketing SMS, you may opt out of one category while remaining opted in to the other by contacting us directly.
For help, reply HELP to any message we send and you will receive an automated response containing our contact information. You can also reach us directly at (844) 945-3267 or info@ecos.care during business hours.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the consent categories you have opted in to. You may receive several messages in the days following your initial inquiry (such as appointment confirmations and reminders), and occasional messages thereafter related to your coverage or follow-up appointments.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. ECOS Insurance Solutions does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge for messages sent or received under your plan. Please check with your wireless carrier if you have questions about your plan's text messaging or data charges.
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and other supported carriers, are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. ECOS Insurance Solutions is not responsible for any delay or failure of message delivery caused by your wireless carrier, your device, network conditions, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to opt in to the ECOS Insurance Solutions SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the mobile phone number you provided belongs to you or that you have the account holder's express permission to provide the number, and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.
ECOS Insurance Solutions does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes. Your phone number and SMS-related information is used solely by ECOS Insurance Solutions to communicate with you about your inquiry, your coverage, and our services. We may update the SMS program terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and on our SMS Terms page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of ECOS Insurance Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by ECOS. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and assume no responsibility for them. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOS Insurance Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
The Site and all content provided on it are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
