ECOS Insurance Solutions, a registered DBA of ECOS Medicare Solutions ("ECOS," "we," "us," or "our"), operates an SMS / text message program to communicate with consumers who have opted in to receive text messages from us. The program is used solely to send appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up communications regarding your inquiry, responses to your questions, and other customer-care messages directly related to your specific request for our services.

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from ECOS Insurance Solutions by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at ecos.care/contact.html and submitting the form with a valid mobile phone number. By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provided belongs to you and that you authorize ECOS Insurance Solutions to send text messages to that number.
Your opt-in is specific to ECOS Insurance Solutions. We will not share your number with third parties for the purpose of sending you their messages.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive several messages in the days following your initial inquiry (such as appointment confirmations and reminders), and occasional messages thereafter related to your coverage or follow-up appointments. We do not send promotional or marketing-only blast campaigns under this program.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. ECOS Insurance Solutions does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may. Please check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan.
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send any further marketing or program-related text messages to that number.

The ECOS Insurance Solutions SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to opt in to our SMS program. You must also be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the mobile number you provide.
Consent to receive SMS messages from ECOS Insurance Solutions is not required to receive a quote, purchase a policy, or use any of our services. You can decline SMS communications and still work with us by phone or email.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
